Super Bowl Crunch
Just in time for your Super Bowl Party is this savory and crunchy snack. Taco seasoning now comes in a low-sodium packet which is equally good and saves on the salt intake. This recipe is quick, easy and affordable and is a hit at any party.
½ cup butter
1 package of taco seasoning (approximately 1 ounce)
8 cups rice or wheat or corn chex cereal
In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and stir in the taco seasoning. In a large microwaveable bowl, pour the taco butter over the cereal and toss to coat. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute and stir, repeat twice. Cool the Taco Crunch on wax paper and store the mixture in an air tight container. Serves 6.
