Chicken Picante
With only four ingredients, you will have a crowd
pleaser. This recipe can be easily
doubled or even more. I feed 22 people
with this entrée and served it over mashed potatoes. You can also serve it with noodles, rice or
orzo.
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 ½ cups picante sauce or salsa
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon
mustard
In a 2 quart shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray, place the chicken, not overlapping. Mix together the
picante sauce, brown sugar and Dijon . Pour the picante mixture over the
chicken. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, or
until the chicken is done. Serves 4
