Boursin Au Poivre
This herbed cream cheese spread is ideal for a Saturday morning toasted bagel. The Boursin can also be served as an appetizer with crostinis or crackers. And it’s best when served at room temperature. This recipe is a versatile addition to your menu for the upcoming holidays.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon dried chives
Lemon pepper
In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, garlic, caraway seed, basil, dill and chives. Shape the mixture into a flat patty. Roll in the lemon pepper, coating generously. Cover the patty and refrigerate.
