Christmas Morning: Marmalade Ham Rolls

Marmalade Ham Rolls

These Marmalade Ham Rolls are an easy and wonderful Christmas morning treat. With a hot mug of coffee or a cold glass of milk, these warm rolls are what make holiday memories.

1 can orange sweet rolls
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 pound diced ham
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1/4 cup marmalade

Line a cookie sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.  On to wax paper, unroll the orange sweet rolls without separating the dough. (Set aside the icing for another use.) Spread the mustard evenly over the dough and top with the ham and the cheese. Re-roll the dough, starting at the short end. Cut along the perforated edges into 8 rolls.  Place each roll on the lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.  Remove the rolls from the oven and ice with the marmalade.  Serve warm. Makes 8 rolls.

Tip: For more convenience, the diced ham can be purchased at your local grocery store salad bar, without buying an entire ham.
