Chutney Chicken Bites

Chutney Chicken Bites
 
This appetizer is packed full of flavor and can be made days ahead of your party.
 
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 cup chopped roasted almonds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons curry
1 tablespoon chopped chutney
1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
 
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken, almonds, salt, curry and chutney.  Refrigerate the mixture until firm (about 30 minutes) and form into small balls.  Roll the balls in toasted coconut.  Refrigerate the Chutney Chicken Bites overnight.  Makes about two dozen bites.
