Chocolate Cappuccino Mix

On a chilly winter night, this cozy treat is comforting.  The mix makes affordable holiday gifts for teachers, hostesses and neighbors. Wrap it up in cellophane with a big bow and remember to include the directions on the tag. 

1 cup powdered non-diary creamer

1 cup hot chocolate mix

2/3 cup instant coffee crystals

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients.  Store the mix in a jar at room temperature.

Directions: To make one cup of Chocolate Cappuccino:  Stir 3 spoonful of mix into a mug of hot water.
