Savoy Slaw

Savoy Slaw
With the additions of cranberries, apples and nuts, this crunchy slaw has lots of texture and flavors.

2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
14 ounce bag of slaw
3 carrots, peeled and diced
1 crisp red apple, diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

In a small mixing bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt.  In a large mixing bowl, toss together the slaw, carrots, apple, cranberries and nuts.  Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss.  Serves 8
