As
pears become more plentiful in the fall, this is the ideal salad to feature
their goodness.

tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon olive oil
2
pears, sliced lengthwise
4
cups mixed salad greens
1/4
cup chopped pecans, toasted

a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 400 until tender with browned edges
(approximately 15 – 20 minutes). Toss
the greens with 3 tablespoons of the orange balsamic dressing at a time, to
taste. Plate the greens and sprinkle
with the pecans, feta cheese and place the sliced pears. Serves 4
