Holiday Appetizer: Whipped Feta

Whipped Feta

                          A quick & easy and make-ahead-appetizer for the holidays.

4 ounces crumbled feta
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Dash paprika
1 teaspoon water
Baguette, sliced and toasted


In a small food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree into a smooth spread.  If needed, add more water, ¼ teaspoon at a time, for a spread consistency. Refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.  Serves 4-6
