Pineapple Cream Pie





Pineapple Cream Pie

With no baking required, this icebox pie hits the spot on a hot summer day without heating up the kitchen. You have to try this recipe to know how delicious this pie is and how easy is it to prepare.

1 cup crushed pineapple and juice
2 cups sour cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon sugar
1 graham cracker crust

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pineapple and juice, sour cream, pudding mix and the sugar.  Pour the pineapple mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.  Serves 6.

In the picture, the pie has been decorated with a ring of toasted coconut and a sliced maraschino cherry.
