Home-Made Ice Cream

Home-Made Lemon Ice Cream

Throughout the years, we have frozen every flavor of home-made ice cream and this silky lemon recipe has been chosen as the favorite every time.

4 cups cream or whole milk
1 -14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
10 to 12 ounces frozen concentrated lemonade

Thaw the lemonade. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and pour into a large ice cream maker canister. Follow the manufacturing directions to freeze. The freezing process will take 45-60 minutes to complete. Spoon the ice cream into a plastic container and place in the freezer to take on a traditional ice cream texture. The frozen ice cream will keep for several weeks.  Serves 8
